Shipping policy
At Mabooti, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Free standard shipping on all UAE orders over AED 299.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the courier's website.
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at Irfanbhatti72.pk@gmail.com
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders outside the UAE, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Mabooti is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- High order volumes during sale periods
- Public holidays
- Severe weather conditions
- Customs clearance for international orders
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date atIrfanbhatti72.pk@gmail.com with your order number and we will resolve the issue promptly.
P.O. Box Deliveries
We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please ensure you provide a complete physical delivery address at checkout.
